Sukari Booking Terms and Conditions & Payment Policy
1. Booking Process
1.1 Booking Request
To make a booking with Sukari Travel, you must complete our booking process online and submit it along with the required deposit. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us.
1.2 Booking Confirmation
Upon receipt of your booking request and deposit, we will send you a booking confirmation within 3 business days. The contract between us comes into existence when we send you this confirmation.
1.3 Client Information
You must provide accurate and complete information for all participants, including:
- Full name as it appears on passport
- Passport number and expiration date
- Date of birth
- Nationality
- Any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or special needs
- Emergency contact information
1.4 Age Requirements
Clients under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who will be responsible for their supervision and conduct during the tour.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total tour price is required to secure your booking.
2.2 Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days prior to the Tour Start Date. For bookings made within 60 days of the Tour Start Date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
2.3 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
- Bank Transfer
- PayPal
2.4 Currency
All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD). Payments may be made in USD, Swedish Krona (SEK), or Euro (EUR) based on the exchange rate on the date of payment.
2.5 Currency Conversion
For payments made in currencies other than USD, the conversion will be based on the exchange rate on the date the payment is processed. Any bank charges or currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the client.
2.6 Price Guarantee
Once your booking is confirmed and deposit paid, the price of your tour is guaranteed against any surcharges, subject to any changes in governmental action, increases in transportation costs, or increases in taxes or fees chargeable for services.
3. Modifications to Bookings
3.1 Client-Requested Changes
If you wish to change any part of your booking after confirmation, you must inform us in writing as soon as possible. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible. A service fee of $100 USD will apply to all changes in addition to any costs incurred as a result of the change.
3.2 Name Changes
Name changes are permitted up to 30 days before the Tour Start Date, subject to a fee of $50 USD per person.
3.3 Transfer of Booking
You may transfer your booking to another person who satisfies all the conditions applicable to the tour, subject to notifying us in writing at least 30 days before the Tour Start Date. Both the original client and the substitute remain jointly and severally liable for payment of all amounts due.
3.4 Company-Initiated Changes
We reserve the right to make changes to your tour if necessary. Most changes will be minor. If we make a significant change (such as a change of itinerary affecting at least 25% of the tour), we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you:
- Accepting the changes
- Accepting an alternative tour of comparable standard, if available
- Cancelling your tour and receiving a full refund
4. Travel Documentation
4.1 Client Responsibility
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have all necessary travel documentation, including:
- Valid passport (with at least 6 months validity beyond your return date)
- Necessary visas
- Vaccination certificates
- Travel insurance documentation
4.2 Company Assistance
While we may provide information on visa and vaccination requirements for Tanzanian travel, this information is subject to change, and you should verify all requirements with relevant authorities or consult a travel medicine specialist.
5. Additional Information
5.1 Late Bookings
Bookings made within 30 days of the Tour Start Date are subject to availability and may incur additional fees for expedited arrangements.
5.2 Group Bookings
Special terms may apply for group bookings of 10 or more people. Please contact us directly for group booking information.
5.3 Payment Security
All payment information is processed securely. We use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving payment data.
